《歌声的翅膀》也就是也就是外语歌曲电视大赛颁奖大会，是一个在于提高市民整体外语水平和文化素质的文艺活动。这届将以与往届完全不同的崭新姿态亮相，本届大赛有世界巨星仿真秀，电影歌曲专场，音乐剧专场，流行歌曲专场等等。 将由获奖歌手以盛典歌曲《爱可以改变一切》开场, 本次大赛获奖歌手将现场演唱世界经典曲目和奥运歌曲。歌手费翔还将现场演唱著名音乐剧选段。

is a cultural activity which is to improve the proficiency of foreign language of the Chinese. The competition is different from previous years, it has the world star simulation show, special movie songs, musical, and pop songs category. The show begins with the theme song sing by the winner, and followed by the world classical songs and Olympic song. Fei Siang who is a singer, will perform a set of famous musical songs as well.
